Thus the [Holistic+Strategic] Success Framework is a framework that emphasizes the relationship between all factors leading to success as well as acting on these factors to maximize one's advantage in achieving long-lasting results. This framework highlights the philosophy of balance and values the importance of sustained results compared to one-off, short-term success.
The [H+S] Success Framework allows a person to discover, take stock of, and master one's talents, skills, expertise, knowledge, resources and environment (Heighten and Hone); and take action according to one's Past Experience, Present Resources and Environment, and Future Trends (Harmonize and Harness).
The [H+S] Success Framework explains why the effects of motivational seminars do not last, because Motivational and Emotional factors are only a part of the Success Diamond. Without the necessary skills and fundamentals (Cognitive), motivational seminars only seek to make a person "feel good". In addition, the framework also explains why a lot of successful people feel that something is "lacking" or "missing" in their lives. Most of the time, the reason is due to the missing Metaphysical part of the Success Diamond.
